- You are concerned that the property will look nothing like
the pictures on the website. This is not the case; the pictures
of the listed properties were taken within the actual properties
by the management companies we work with or by the landlords themselves.
- You are concerned that the apartment will not be properly clean
on your arrival. This is again not the case; The management
companies with deal with employ their own very well trained house
keeping team which consistently carries out the house keeping
in these properties with the commitment to deliver the premises
in tip top cleaning conditions.
- You are concerned that the sheets and towels will not be perfectly
clean and crispy. Absolutely the opposite, all the linen and
towels are dry-cleaned through a private dry cleaning service,
all sheets are ironed and tightly fitted as well as pillow cases,
blankets, towels etc.
- You are concerned that finding the apartment on your arrival
in the middle of the night will be quite an issue. A guest
relation officer will be assigned to wait for you and meet you
on arrival at any time of the day or night.
- You are concerned that nobody will be there to assist you in
case you required help. Our office is open everyday, except
Friday, from 9am to 5pm in addition you can always contact the
guest relation officer assigned to you on his/her mobile for urgent
matters.
- You are concerned that you will not get your refundable security
deposit back at the end of your stay. We always refund the
security deposit within two weeks of check-out through wire transfer
directly into the guest bank account, only in the event that some
items were broken or damaged and needed to be replaced the security
deposit would be used. This is to protect the rights of the landlords
or agents we work with and not a source of income. We act as intermediary
protecting both your rights and the rights of the landlords or
property managers.
