and become your marketing support

management and rental for a

and contact e-mail so that
you will be able to handle
all the enquiries, bookings
and payments directly by
yourself.

Our charge
per year is Dhs 3,500/-
no other commissions or
fees or Dhs 2,000/- per
6 months.

You can
send us up to 15 pictures
of your property + description
details and rates which
we will upload for you on
our website and keep live
for a period of 12 months.
This option is available
for both companies, agents
or owners.
PACKAGE
“B” (Dhs
500/- set up fee + 15% commission
on bookings)
- We can advertise your
property on our website
with the rates, conditions
and services that you will
set.
- We will handle all enquiries
on your behalf however we
will mention clearly that
the property is managed
by its owner.
- We will handle the payment,
for this purpose we can
offer the added value of
online credit card payment
to the customers.
- You can send us up to
15 pictures of your property
+ description details and
rates which we will upload
for you on our website and
keep live for a period of
12 months.
- We only charge an initial
set up fee of Dhs 500/-
and we will charge a 15%
commission fee only if a
booking goes through.
PACKAGE “C”
(Dhs 2,000/- set up fee + 25%
commission on bookings)
- We can advertise your
property on our website
with the rates, conditions
and services that you will
set.
- We will appoint a property
manager and representative
to your property (external
to Dubaldo Commercial Broker)
who will look after your
property management and
rental on your behalf.
- We will assist the property
representative in receiving
and collecting the lease
payment, for this purpose
we can offer the added value
of online credit card payment
to the customers.
- You can provide us with
up to 15 pictures of your
property + description details
and rates which we will
upload for you on our website
and keep live for a period
of 12 months.
- We only charge an initial
set up fee of Dhs 2000/-
and we will charge a 25%
commission fee only when
bookings go through to pay
the representative fees
and ours.
