As you enter the Oasis Beach Tower through a small, elegant lobby that opens onto an impressive atrium you are immersed in luxury. All of these 5 star apartments feature a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with modern appliances. The living area includes a state-of-the-art LCD TV and data points are provided in all rooms, enabling guests to connect additional TVs, telephones, computers and other IT equipment. High-speed Internet access is also available to all of our apartments.

Naturally, the bedrooms all benefit from an ensuite bathroom. Each apartment also includes maid's quarters with separate bathroom.

The apartments are divided into 3 categories according to the floor they are on as follows:

• Deluxe: situated on floors 4 to 14
• Superior: situated on floors 15 to 32 and 42 to 49 (The rates are higher than Deluxe category by approx 10%)
• Premium:  situated on floors 33 to 41 and with additional services: butler, lounge etc (The rates are higher than Superior category by approx 10%)

OCCUPANCY: ( In order to avoid any disappointment we need to emphasize on the fact that the following terms are not negotiable)

2 Bedroom apartments:
- 4 adults
- 1 child (under 12 yrs) – to sleep on the extra bed in the maid’s room charged at AED 170/- per day (The extra bed charge is mandatory)
- 1 infant (under 2 yrs) – A complimentary baby cot is provided.

3 Bedroom apartments:
- 6 adults
- 1 child (under 12 yrs) – to sleep on the extra bed in the maid’s room charged at AED 170/- per day (The extra bed charge is mandatory)
- 1 infant (under 2 yrs) – A complimentary baby cot is provided.

4 Bedroom apartments:
- 8 adults
- 1 child (under 12 yrs) – to sleep on the extra bed in the maid’s room charged at AED 170/- per day (The extra bed charge is mandatory)
- 1 infant (under 2 yrs) – A complimentary baby cot is provided.
 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:
Kindly note that check in time is after 15:00 on the date of arrival and check out before 11:00 on the date of departure. Would you wish to have a late check out until 18:00, there will be a charge of 50% of the daily rate and after 18:00 there will be a charge of 100% charge of the rate. If the apartment is available and clean on your arrival, a complimentary early check in can be offered however no specific request can be made in advance.

Security deposit:
-A security deposit (for any loss or damage in the apartment) for the amount of AED 1,500/- is also required on arrival. This amount shall be blocked on the guest credit card on check-in (this is only a preauthorization and not a charge) and released upon check-out.  The guest can also pay this deposit in cash. A second credit card preauthorization will be taken also on check-in for AED 500/- this is to cover all extras such as restaurants and shops charges if any, the amount will be also released on check-out.

Cancellation charges:
-Note that would you wish to cancel your stay a 72 Hrs cancellation notice must be received (directly by the Oasis Beach tower). Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 3 days charge on your credit card.
